To deliver the safety and service we’re known for at Hermes, we need the best equipment. Our fleet is young—all newer than 2020—and equipped with the latest safety technology. Engineered to stand up to the rigors of over-the-road driving, our trucks balance reliability with superior driver comfort.
“I'm always proud to be behind the wheel of a Hermes truck”
THE BEST TOOL FOR THE JOB
001PUTTING SAFETY FIRST
002“Smooth, spacious, quiet - these trucks are designed around the driver”
COMFORT THAT GOES THE DISTANCE
003From dashboard to bed, our cab interiors are designed to offer the space, comfort and amenities drivers need to perform their best. Up front, the driver control panel is designed to keep drinks, music and the most-used controls in easy reach. The driver display provides information at a glance and controls on the steering wheel mean hands can stay on the wheel. When it’s time to rest up, features like a reclining bed, dimmable lights and a flexible work station help make the cab feel like home.
UNDER THE HOOD
004We know that running long can be a lot to shoulder—literally. So, we made sure all our trucks have automated manual transmissions. Drivers can shift with the touch of a button, lessening wear and tear on shoulders and reducing fatigue. All Hermes trucks are also equipped with the latest turbo compounding engines. Reliable and quiet, these engines cut down on vibrations and can save up to 7.5% in fuel. With a powertrain this solid, our trucks are rarely in the shop. But when the unexpected happens, all our Volvos have access to both the Hermes repair shop and dealerships across the country—delivering faster repairs and more uptime.
